If you are still comparing models, see which dust extractor fits your grinder.
The JF83 is the dust extractor JFURTHER builds for contractors who run a large multi-head floor grinder on standard single-phase power. Three independently switched motors deliver 620 m³/h of airflow, so you can run one motor for light clean-up or all three for heavy grinding. It is the manual-cleaning model in the range at this airflow: when suction drops, close the inlet with the lift handle and use the reverse-air blowback to knock dust off the cartridges — no hose removal, no clouds of dust around the machine.
A continuous bagging system handles disposal. Concrete and silica dust falls into one long transparent bag; you pull it down, cut it at any length and seal it, so the operator never tips an open drum of fine dust. An hour meter, forklift-friendly base and a height-compressible frame (approx. 1,147 mm packed height) keep fleet management and export shipping simple.
Three motors, controlled independently
Each motor has its own switch. Match suction to the job, reduce noise and power draw on light work, and keep working on two motors if one is being serviced.
H13 filtration for fine concrete dust
Two-stage membrane-coated cartridges filter dust down to 0.3 μm at H13 level, protecting operators during dry concrete grinding where respirable dust is the main hazard.

Manual reverse-air cleaning, done safely
Close the inlet by lifting the open/close handle, then blow back. Unlike older designs, you do not pull the hose off and block the inlet by hand, which is where secondary dust exposure usually happens.
Continuous bagging disposal
One long bag replaces fixed drums: pull, cut, seal, dispose. Faster changeovers and far less airborne dust during emptying.

Built to ship and to move
The frame compresses in height to cut freight volume, and the base can be lifted directly by forklift. Fitted castors handle day-to-day movement on site.

애플리케이션
- Dry concrete grinding and floor preparation with large multi-head grinders
- Epoxy removal, surface preparation and general floor clean-up
- Workshops and rental fleets that need single-phase, plug-and-work extraction
Not the right fit if: you grind continuously for full shifts and cannot stop to clean filters — choose the JF84 automatic cleaning version (410 m³/h) instead; or you need the highest airflow for continuous work — the JF85 (620 m³/h, automatic).
자주 묻는 질문
Is the JF83 suitable for my grinder?
It suits large multi-head concrete floor grinders. Send us your grinder model and disc size in the inquiry form and we will confirm the match before you order.
How do I clean the JF83 filter?
Manually: lift the handle to close the inlet and operate the reverse-air blowback. It takes under a minute and you do not need to remove the hose.
What is the difference between the JF82 and the JF83?
Both use manual reverse-air cleaning, H13 filtration at 0.3 μm and continuous bagging. The JF83 has three motors instead of two: 3.6 kW and 620 m³/h, against the JF82's 2.4 kW and 410 m³/h. Choose the JF83 for large multi-head grinders and heavier dust; choose the JF82 for small and mid-size grinders.
Can the JF83 run on a different voltage?
Standard supply is single-phase 220 V, 50 Hz. Other voltages can be customized — state your voltage and plug standard in your inquiry.
How is dust emptied?
Through the continuous bag: pull the bag down, cut and seal it. The dust stays enclosed, which reduces exposure during disposal.
What accessories are included?
Standard D50 accessory kit included: D50 x 7.5 m wear-resistant hose, aluminium S-wand, crevice tool and floor brush. An optional front suction bar (approx. 70 cm) speeds up final floor cleaning after grinding.
