The JF84 Auto clean Dust Collector Bags Series is a specialized industrial vacuum designed for floor-grinding applications. It features a single-phase 220V power supply, a robust motor, and a bagged dust-collection structure. Equipped with a two-stage high-efficiency cartridge filtration system and an automatic cyclical filter-cleaning design, it delivers reliable dust extraction and continuous performance. It is primarily used as a supporting vacuum system for floor grinders and for general floor-cleaning operations.

1. Drive Fan

The JF84 Auto-Clean Dust Collector Bag Series offers optional premium motorized fans that deliver high efficiency, large airflow, and strong negative pressure. Each unit can be configured with one or multiple fans to fully meet on-site dust-extraction performance requirements.
Its user-friendly design features independent switches for individual motor control, allowing operators to adjust suction power and airflow according to different working conditions.

2. High-efficiency purification

Equipped with a two-stage high-efficiency PTFE-coated cartridge filtration system, it achieves H13-level filtration performance for dust particles as fine as 0.3 μm. This ensures cleaner purification of the dust-laden air drawn into the machine.

3. Resists clogging with effective self-cleaning

After an industrial vacuum operates for a period of time, dust gradually accumulates on the surface of the filter. Once the buildup reaches a certain level, it begins to clog the filter.
To address this, the Dust Collector Bags is designed with an automatic cyclical filter-cleaning system. This dust-shaking mechanism effectively removes dust adhered to the filter cartridges, ensuring the filters remain unobstructed. As a result, airflow stays smooth and the dust-extraction performance remains consistently efficient.

4. Continuous bagging structure

Designed with a continuous bagging system, the machine uses a long transparent plastic bag that is folded and secured onto the unit. During dust collection, operators can continuously pull down the bag to gather waste material. The bag can be cut at any desired length to create individual sealed sections, making dust disposal, handling, and transportation cleaner and more convenient.

5. Equipment Timing Function

The JF84 Dust Collector Bag Series is equipped with an operating-hour meter, allowing users to track total running time. This feature enables more effective maintenance planning and overall equipment management.

6. Professional accessories for use with the product

■ One complete set of professional D50 standard accessories (including an S-shaped wand, floor brush, wear-resistant hose, and more).

An optional front-mounted suction squeegee (approximately 70 cm long) can be added. After floor grinding is completed, it enables a second round of fast and efficient floor cleaning.
