Compact Dust Extraction for Floor Grinding
Die JF92 Series smaller dust extractor from Suzhou Jfurther is a compact, single-phase industrial vacuum designed for floor grinders, concrete surface preparation and post-grinding cleanup. Its continuous bagging structure helps operators collect and dispose of fine dust more cleanly on demanding jobsites.
A 1.2 kW motor delivers up to 210 m³/h airflow and 220 mbar vacuum. Two-stage H13 filtration and manual reverse-air filter cleaning support stable suction when handling concrete dust and other fine powders.
Key Features of the JF92 Series
1. Compact Single-Phase Motor System
The JF92 uses one high-power motor blower to provide efficient airflow and strong negative pressure in a compact mobile format. Single-phase 110 V and 220 V configurations are available for different markets and jobsites.
2. Two-Stage H13 Filtration
Two membrane-coated cartridge filters provide a total filtration area of approximately 3 m² (2+1 m²). The H13 filtration configuration is designed for fine particles down to 0.3 µm, helping reduce dust returned to the working environment.
3. Manual Reverse-Air Filter Cleaning
Fine dust gradually accumulates on the cartridge surface during operation. The manual reverse-air cleaning system helps release attached dust, restore airflow and maintain effective extraction without removing the filters for routine cleaning.
4. Continuous Dust Bagging
A long transparent bag is folded around the collection outlet. Operators pull out the required length, seal and cut the bag, then continue with a fresh section. This supports cleaner dust handling, easier transport and reduced contact with collected material.
5. Mobile, Jobsite-Ready Design
Large rear wheels, front swivel casters and a compact frame make the JF92 easier to move between grinding areas. The layout also provides practical storage space for the power cable and cleaning accessories.
