JF602 Dust Extractor With Pre-Separator

Integrated Design: The dust extractor and pre-separator are combined in a single frame, developed to support mid/large size concrete grinders and polishing machines by efficiently handling large volumes of dust.

Efficient Separation: The built-in separator screens out more than 98% of dust, leaving only a small amount of fine dust for the extractor to filter. This significantly enhances the filter’s performance and reduces the frequency of filter maintenance.

Improved Performance: The pre-separator contributes to higher airflow and extends the lifespan of the filters and motor.

JF602 Dust Extractor With Pre-Separator combines height adjustment for the convenience of transportation. User can slide-down the overall height for a convenience of VAN loading.

JF602 Dust Extractor With Pre-Separator feature the Dashclean “reverse-air” jet-pulse system, which offers operators an effective way of cleaning filter. Optionally, they can be installed an alarm system which reminds operators, with an audible buzzer and visible fash LED, to clean filter.
