S3 series Cleaner is an industrial vacuum cleaner characterized by single-phase 220V power supply, 3-motor large suction, upper and lower barrel separation structure, and high-efficiency filter cartridge filtration, back-blowing dust removal as the design concept. It is mainly used in the fields of Industrial Manufacturing Workshop Floor Cleaning, Machine Tool Equipment Cleaning, New Energy Workshop Cleaning, Automation Workshop Cleaning and other fields.

Driving Fan

S3 series is equipped with high-quality motor fans, high efficiency, large air volume, and high negative pressure. Each device is configured with 3 units, which fully meets the requirement of the site for vacuum cleaning efficiency. Humanized design of 3 independent switches, independent control of 3 motors, to satisfy different suction and air volume.

Three motors are built inside the machine cap. The machine cap is made of plastic molding material to reduce the weight of the whole machine, and the mold is integrally formed, which is beautiful and durable.

2.Efficient Purification

S3 series cleaner is equipped with a PTFE-coated filter cartridge filter, which has a filtration efficiency of more than 99% for dust with a precision of 0.3 μm, making the dust-laden gas inhaled by the equipment more clean.

3. Refuse to Block, Effectively Vibrate Dust

After the industrial vacuum cleaner has been working for a period of time, a certain amount of dust will adhere to the surface of the filter, and when it accumulates to a certain extent, the filter will be blocked. Equipment design dust vibration structure: electric dust vibration and back blowing dust cleaning. These two structures effectively clean the dust attached to the surface of the filter cartridge, allowing the dust to escape from the surface of the filter cartridge, ensuring effective ventilation of the filter and continuous efficiency increase of the dust removal equipment.

4.Upper and Lower Bucket Separation Structure

The upper and lower bucket separation structure is designed, and the filter chamber and the dust collection bucket are isolated from top to bottom, which is helpful for dust settlement and cleaning and disposal of dust waste in the dust collection bucket.

The dust collection bucket is equipped with universal casters and a push-pull rod, which makes it more convenient for us to clean the dust waste.
