It is suitable for continuous operation or industrial equipment matching in explosion-proof area and flammable and explosive dust. Widely used in metal processing, plastic sheet processing, battery, casting, electronics, 3D printing and other industries.

- Explosion-proof motor, to eliminate the hidden danger of electrical sparks in the motor
The power system adopts the international advanced explosion-proof fine casting turbine fan (air pump), wide pressure double frequency, high reliability, low noise, long life, can work 24 hours continuously. Power from 0.25kw-4.0kw optional, power supply 380V/ 50Hz.
Explosion-proof grade of motor: Ex d Ⅱ BT4 Gb (for reference only, subject to the actual product)
2.Anti-static filter to eliminate the hidden danger of electrostatic sparks
Star bag and cartridge filters are available for the filtration system.
Star bag filter adopts anti-static blended felt material, which enhances conductivity by adding binary fiber.
The cartridge filter adopts surface aluminized film treatment, with good anti-static performance and surface resistance ≤ 105Ω.
3.Explosion-proof electric box, to eliminate the hidden danger of electrical sparks
The control system adopts explosion-proof electric box, the internal AC contactor and thermal overload adopt Schneider brand electrical components.

4.Negative pressure monitoring, ash cleaning reminder
Negative pressure meter is the standard configuration of the machine components, is customized for industrial vacuum cleaners, green, blue, red corresponding to the power section of the machine internal negative pressure, the pointer to the red area represents the filter needs to be cleaned or replaced.
5.Industrial casters, easy to move
Industrial casters are simple and easy to install. The wheels are made of top-grade polyurethane (PU), and the bracket is made of 2.5mm pickled board to increase the reinforcement. 2-inch casters can carry 50kg individually, and the wheel surface is designed with grain to enhance the anti-slip performance.
6.Separate upper and lower drums, easy to clean ash
The upper and lower bucket separation structure is the standard configuration of this machine, the biggest convenience to the user is the convenience of dust cleaning, when the need to clean dust, just lift the lever up, dust collection bucket natural drop to the ground, drag the dust collection bucket with its own casters to dump the dust, and then press down the lever after completion.
7.Built-in cyclone separator to reduce the load on the filter
The built-in cyclone separator structure is the standard configuration of this machine, which is installed at the connection with the dust suction port, so that large particles can directly settle in the dust collection barrel below through the cyclone separator, without the need to intercept and trap through the filter, which can increase the service life of the filter.
8.Anti-static interface and hose
Dust extraction hoses and connectors are made of antistatic material with conductive properties in accordance with DIN 53482, surface resistance <106Ω.
9.Manual rotating dust cleaning of the filter cartridge, convenient and efficient
The rotary dust cleaning adopts manual dust vibration mode, only need to rotate the rotary handle clockwise/counterclockwise for about 1 minute to clean the large particles of dust adhering to the surface of the filter cartridge.
