①Turbine motor, strong suction power, maintenance-free
Power system adopts international advanced precision casting turbine fan (air pump), wide pressure dual frequency, high reliability, low noise, long life, can be 24 hours continuous work. Power 2.2kw, power supply 380V/ 50Hz.
The dust collection is equipped with a motor limit load relief device to avoid and minimize motor failure due to prolonged filter clogging.
②Bag filter, simple and practical
The filtration system adopts star-shaped bag filter, polyester fiber needle felt substrate, dust filtration accuracy of 5 microns, efficiency of more than 99%, conform to indoor emission standards, small wind resistance, easy to clean. Configuration of manual swing vibration dust, effectively shake off the particles of dust attached to the bag.
③Dust collection bucket design: upper and lower bucket separation structure
The upper and lower structure of the dust bucket is designed in such a way that when cleaning up the dust bucket waste, the buckle can be opened to clean up the dust in the bucket. The dust bucket is designed with lateral handles and universal casters at the bottom, which is convenient for moving and transferring the dust bucket.
